Our Philosophy

In our workshop, we use olive wood that comes mainly from pruning older olive trees and, to a lesser extent, from younger ones. This process is completely environmentally friendly, as the wood comes from the necessary care of the trees.

All our products are processed naturally and organically, without the use of chemicals. We produce our olive oil with the same respect, free from pesticides and additives, giving purity and rich flavor to your salads, meals, and desserts.

The same love and natural care that goes into our oil also characterizes every woodcarving we create. For us, the olive tree is not just a tree; it is part of the tradition of our land and our lives!
