This website is operated by Olive Source, based in Crete, Greece. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Olive Source. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products
All products are handmade from natural olive wood, therefore slight variations in color, shape, and texture may occur. These differences are part of the natural character of each unique item and are not considered defects.
3. Orders
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Prices & Availability
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
5. Payment
We accept payments by bank transfer (National Bank of Greece) and credit/debit card. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
6. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier availability.
7. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Liability
Olive Source shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Heraklion, Crete.
