Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery within Greece typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the location.
International delivery times vary according to destination and customs clearance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination and parcel weight.

2. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, slight variations are expected and not considered defects.
